Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi setiap orang, karena dengan pendidikan yang memadai orang mampu menempatkan diri baik dalam hidup bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Pendidikan juga dipandang sebagai alat yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam membangun manusia humanis di rasa persatuan dan kesatuan antar sesama.
Lingkungan pendidikan sebagai tempat atau latar terjadinya proses masyarakat, serta mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan menciptakan pendidikan yang sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran siswa, baik di lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Melalui ketiga lingkungan pendidikan yang ada siswa dapat belajar dan membentuk dirinya untuk menjadi manusia yang memiliki kepribadian yang humanis yaitu pribadi yang berkualitas, memiliki karakter, cara hidup seperti manusia yang bermartabat berjuang demi menggapai masa depan yang cerah.
Untuk mengetahui secara jelas tentang pendidikan di SMP Negeri I Tanah Merah, penulis melakukan penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data-data melalui wawancara dan penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada pelaku pendidikan yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas dan siswa, berdasarkan variabel yang digunakan penulis yaitu variabel lingkungan pendidikan (x) dan variabel kepribadian humanis (y).
Dari hasil deskripsi data yang diketahui secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan yang dibentuk di SMP Negeri I Tanah Merah ternyata memiliki peranan dalam pembentukan pribadi humanis. Melalui hasil wawancara terhadap beberapa responden yaitu kepalah sekolah, guru kelas, dan 3 orang siswa, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan pendidikan berperan langsung terhadap pembentukan kepribadian humanis. Kepribadian humanis memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi sekolah untuk diperhatikan, karena sekolah selalu menanamkan prinsip dasar humanis pada siwa-siswinya yaitu bahwa manusia adalah makluk sosial. Oleh karena itu melalui lingkungan pendidikan yang ada seseorang dididik, dibina, dilatih, untuk menjadi manusia yang baik, memiliki kompetensi, sifat dan perilaku yang baik sebagai manusia yang berkepribadian humanis.

Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh gaya kepemipinan dalam organisasi orang muda Katolik terhadap keterlibatan hidup menggereja pada orang muda katolik paroki St. Fransiskus Xaverius Katedral Merauke” berlangsung sejak awal bulan Marethingga awal bulan April 2014. Kurang adanya rasa kepedulian dan rasa memiliki dari ketua OMK terhadap organisasi OMK sehingga mengakibatkan peran aktif OMK dalam keterlibatan hidup menggereja mengalami hambatan. Ketua menjadi kunci bagi anggotanya untuk selalu terlibat aktif dalam keterlibatan hidup menggereja. Ketua mestinya menjadi panutan dan motifator dalam menggerakan anggotanya agar tetap terlibat aktif dalam organisasinya sehingga hal ini akan membawa dampak baik bagi keterlibatan OMK dalam hidup menggereja. Berdasarkan hal inilah maka hendaknya pemimpin memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang mampu merangsang setiap anggotanya untuk tetap bekerjasama dan terus aktif sehingga dalam melaksanakan setiap program yang telah dirancang bersama dapat tercapai. Data yang berhubungan dengan gaya kepemimpinan ini peneliti memperolehnya lewat sumber kepustakaan dan pembagian kuisioner kepada 60 responden dengan diambil 3 orang dari 19 lingkungan sebagai sampel yang ada di paroki St. Fransiskus Xaverius Katedral Merauke. Sela ini untuk mendukung hasil penelitian, peneliti juga menggunakan teknik wawancara sebagai salah satu penunjang dalam memperoleh data yang valid. Skirpsi ini menyajikan tentang data pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan ketua OMK terhadap keterlibatan hidup menggereja pada OMK paroki St. Fransiskus Xaverius Katedral Merauke. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa ada pengaruh yang dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap variabel keterlibatan hidup menggereja.

Kerja* merupakan tema sentral hidup manusia. Hanya dengan kerja, harkat dan martabat manusia menemukan pencetusan keluhurannya. Manusia berhak bekerja untuk kelangsungan hidupnya, untuk membuat agar hidup keluarga bahagia dan berkecukupan. Menjadi masalah bagi orang yang bekerja ketika pihak-pihak tertentu memandang dan memperlakukan manusia sebagai alat produktivitas saja. Ensiklik Laboren Exercens* mengkritik tajam komunisme dan kapitalisme sekaligus sebagai yang memperlakukan manusia sebagai alat produktivitas. Manusia cuma sebagai instrumen penghasil kemajuan dan perkembangan. Laborem Exercens lebih lanjut menegaskan bahwa manusia berhak kerja, berhak upah yang adil dan wajar, sekaligus berhak untuk makin hidup secara lebih manusiawi dengan kerjanya.
Penelitian dalam skripsi ini berorientasi pada dua permasalahan pokok yaitu: 1) Apakah gaji atau upah para TKBM di pelabuhan Yos Sudarso Merauke sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah dan Gereja untuk upah kaum buruh? dan 2) Apakah faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kesejahteraan hidup (ekonomi) keluarga para TKBM ? Metode penulisan skripsi secara kualitatif untuk mendalami dan mencari jawaban atas dua permasalahan dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung di situs-situs pelabuhan tempat TKBM bekerja, di perumahan tempat tinggal TKBM dan keluarga, serta di situs lingkungan anak-anak dari keluarga TKBM biasa tinggal atau bermain.
Hasil wawancara dengan para TKBM, pada umumnya para TKBM menuding upah yang rendah sebagai penyebab kehidupan TKBM dan keluarga hidupnya tidak sejahtera. Akan tetapi, hasil observasi membuktikan bahwa upah yang diterima para TKBM rata-rata per bulan adalah Rp. 6.000.000 ditambah dengan beberapa tunjangan. Temuan ini tentu saja menepis tudingan miring atas upah yang rendah. Cara hidup yang tidak sehat seperti mabuk-mabukan, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan ketidakmampuan mengelola keuangan dalam keluarga, serta kebiasaan bon yang menyebabkan pengeluaran tidak dapat dikontrol, merupakan penyebab TKBM dan keluarga tidak sejahtera.

Chaper I, Which contains analysis of the appreciation of studens Sekoah Tinggi Katolik Santo Yakobus Merauke. The experience encourages the author to conduct thorugh research. The study begins by identifying the problem, research objectivies and benefist, and research methodology and writing systematics.
Chapter II, Is a part of theoretical studies tha analysis literature review, which is a further explanation of theorical basis. This literature review consist of two important parts, namely : Biblika view of Mary, the views of the church fathers of Mary, dogmas about Mary, Mary of the Vatican Council II, Mary and the Church.
Chapter III, Is a section that contains a description of the research result and discussion. The data collected by the research is a questionnaire. Research content is a related to students’ understanding Sekolah Tinggi Katolik on thr role of the virgin Mary in the live of the Catholic curch. The sections in this chapter are overview of the implementation of data collection, data management and research result. Discussion of testing research result and conclusion of research resut.
Chapter IV, This chapter describes data analysis and data interpretation it was found that most of the students understood the role of the virgin Mary in church life. So that the students really understand the importance of mothers Mary’s role in their daily life.
NChaper V, Is a cover that containt conlusions, recommendations and implications. Where in this chapter contains suggestions or inputs to the institution and studens’.

Perkembangan dunia saat ini mengakibatkan manusia semakin terjerumus dalam dosa. Agar manusia tidak semakin terjerumus dalam dosa maka iman harus dibentuk sejak dini. Usaha pembentukan iman sejak dini atau sejak masa kanak-kanak bisa dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, salah satunya ialah mengembangkan kebiasaan doa bagi anak sejak kanak-kanak.
Doa yang adalah komunikasi atau relasi timbal balik antara manusia dan Allah sebagai pencipta. Dalam relasi ini Allah menyatakan diri dan kehendak-Nya sebagai pencipta dan manusia mengimaninya dengan mendengarkan dan melaksanakan sabda-sabda-Nya.
Di dalam Perjanjian Lama doa merupakan pewahyuan di Allah sebagai pencipta dan tanggapan manusia yang beriman kepada Allah. Pewahyuan diri Allah dalam Perjanjian Lama yang dirasakan masih sangat jauh, dan transenden, menjadi lebih nyata dan dekat dengan manusia dalam Perjanjian Baru, yakni dalam diri Yesus Putra Allah yang tunggal.
Dalam tradisi Gereja ada tiga jenis unsur doa yakni syukur, pujian dan pemohonan. Doa syukur merupakan ungkapan rasa heran, kagum dan terima kasih kepada Allah atas segala kebaikan dan kasih Allah kepada manusia. Doa pujian adalah ungkapan rasa syukur yang lebih mendalam karena memuji Allah bukan hanya karena kebaikan-Nya tetapi karena keberadaan-Nya. Sedangkan doa permohonan merupakan doa yang didasarkan pada relitas kehidupan menusia yakni bahwa sebagai makluk yang lemah manusia selalu membutuhkan pertolongan dari Allah.
Ada tiga jenis bentuk doa dalam tradisi Gereja yakni doa lisan, doa renungan dan doa batin. Doa lisan merupakan ungkapan doa secara langsung dari lubuk hati manusia yang tulus dan murni. Doa renungan merupakan usaha mencari keberadaan Allah dalam hati manusia melalui sabda dalam Kitab Suci, Sedangkan doa batin merupakan meresapi kehadiran Allah dengan diam dihadapan kerahiman Allah.
Kebiasaan doa yang baik dan benar merupakan salah satu sarana pembentukan iman anak. Waktu dan situasi yang baik, sikap doa yang baik dan cara-cara berdoa yang baik yang ditanamkan kepada anak sejak dini memiliki implementasi yang baik dan benar pula bagi perkembangan iman seorang anak.

Every Catholic parishioners members has responsibility to take participation in the fifth Church’s obligations are: liturgy, preaching, bear witness, servise, and community, because of the baptism. This duty is bery important to build the parishioners and society life. Factual, the community parishioners og the Saint Peter and Paul Semangga II, did not consider of their responsibility. The phenemenon inspired the writer to research it by to choose the title of the thesis as: “Understanding and participation of the parishioners in the fith Church's in the fifth Church’s obligations in the Saint Peter and Paul basic community Semangga II, the Mother of the Sacred Heart parish Kuper, archdiocese of Merauke.
The fifth Church’s duties are very important for the life of the Catholic Church’s members. Significant of the fifth Church’s duties, because conected with the faith life of the each parishioners members. By the mature faith of the parishioners, they can build and realyze the Body of Christ as Church. Conected with the parishioners understanding and realyze of the fifth Church’s duties, according to the data field collection shows that the parishioners of the Saint Peter and Paul still efort and fight to build the understanding and realyze of the mature faith.
The struggle and effort need the guidance and educate in the varieties skill of the catechization and pastoral, so that they have skill and practise in the their faith expression connected with the fifth Church’s duties. Hopefully, that they can become the community parishioners who self-reliant, mature in faith and is not easely loose to face the many challenges that can destroy their faith.
Guidanced by the parish pastoral council hoped that can be the facilitator of te faith communication is truth and effective shoul be involved into the catechesis activities, training leadership, and many pastoral activities program that aim to buid the parishioners community faith, so that their understanding of the fifth more mature and formed into the their practice and actions in their day life.

Understanding of the Sacrament Anointing of the Sick did not understand yet by the parishioners. It has impact to the parishioners will to receive less, the Anointing of the Sick. Inspiring of the phenomenal, the writer choices the title of this thesis as: “the Study on the Understanding of the parishioners about the Anointing of the Sickin the station of the Saint Joseph Kurik of the Saint Peter and Paul parish Kumbe. The academic conception about this title divided into the five chapters that explain as:

Chapter I has content about the backgroung that includ of the backgroungphenomenal about the less parishioners understanding about the Anointing of the Sick, the problem formulation, the limitation of the problem, the goal of the research and the advantage of the research, the research methodology and the sistimatic of the writting.
Chapter II contains of the theory research that content of the concept, position, goal, and the advantageand, and the practise of the cermony accepting the Anointing of the Sick.

Chapter III contain of the result of proccesing the field research and that analyzing about respondens demography, and the varieties acticities of social life, education and economic condition colours to the faith developing of the parishioners, especiallyin the connection with the understanding of the Anointing of the Sick.

Chapter IV has content about the analyzing of the field result research about the questioners research of the concept, position, goal, advantage of the Anointing of the Sick. According to the result of the field research that parisgioners knowledge of the Anointing of the Sick coming from the Catholic religion lesson during the school time about the seven sacraments.

Chapter V contains of this chapter is the conclusion that emphazices about the understanding parishioners about the Anointing of the Sick, and the some points of the recomandation to increase the parishioners knowledge of the Anointing of the Sick, that should be practiced in the pastoral implication.

school for this study purpose, are (1) the teacher can increase strategg
an wuality learnin catholic religion education with reasoning and problem
solving method. (2 ) the studen fill get attention and chause for discuss their
opinion, ideal, and question, (3) students can work individual or team work and to
se rispon sible about thoi task (4) incnase studen undertanding aboot senality.
this examination tahe location in SMK N 3 Merauke. The model of this
examination is class action there is doing with purpose to incresse students
understanding in 11st class. Date collection tech with pretes and interview
observation.
Result of this obsevasi incluap (1) use reasoning and problem solving
methode to students can incressing their understanding. We wik wnok in their
inteesting, attention, konsentration and their motivation in studying will increase
every cicles, in first cicle there are 17 students faild because examination score
less then 7,2 and 13 students pass with good result, until the write add meeting to
second cicle. The result on the second cicle . 20 students or 66,66 % pass and 10
students are fail because their tes result less then 72, until pipsented the third cicle,
and the result are 27 students or 90 % pass and 3 % students fail.

The main phenomenal that pressed reacheser to make the research through this study is attendance phenomenal of the parishsioners in lingkungan St. Yohanes Rasul, of the Holy Cross Parish-Gudang Arang, that is very contraversy. The parishioners attendance in the Eucharist celebration, specially in the Sunday Mass is very different with what they understand about the meaning of the Eucharist as the sacrifice and givethanks celebration. This phenomenon pressed the researcher to choose the title of this study is : " The Euchraist as the Sacrifise and Givethanks Celebration in the life of the parishioners lingkungan St. Yohanes Rasul of the Holy Cross Parish Gudang Arang. " In analyzing the substancial of the research title as global, the researcher describs that into the five chapters, which each have the content and study as brief to explain as follow :
Chapter I is the part of the Introduction that includs of : background of the study that caused to choose the title of this study, statement of the problem, scope and limitation of the study, metodology, conceptual framework, review of Related Literature, and plan of the study.
The teory analyzing as the main study in the Chapter II, that especially describs about the Eucharist that divided to several elementas as : The meaning of Eucharist, the development historical Eucharist, until the Eucharist in the contecs of the Indonesia prefaces of thanks giving.
The philosophy of the Asmat life to colour the begining part of the chapter III, that it contains about the research of the parishioners in lingkungan St. Yohanes rasul who is the Asmat tribe is the research metodology. In the circle of this Chapter, the date recapitulated and analyzed as objective that it will be easy to interpretate in the next part.
The Chapter IV as the core of the research metodology as the main ferification of the teory hypothesis about the pashioner in lingkungan St. Yohanes Rasul understanding of Eucharist as the Sacrifice and Give thanks celebration. In the data interpretation prooved that the first hypothesis is right, because the number attendance of the parishioners in the Sunday Mass is many, however the attendance as obligation but not as need of the spiritual life.
In the chapter V as the cloosing part that includs of the conclusion, recomendation that contain of the main eleme,nts that become the program activities for the Eucharist and the togetherness prayer catechization that must be realized to increase the parishioners faith through pastoral program activities.
